After a month of hiatus, FUTURE SOUNDS and INDIGENOUS are happy to bring you the February installment of The Rumble San Diego- now, the FIRST SATURDAY NIGHT of EVERY MONTH @ Bar Pink in North Park. So mark your calendars kiddos…
We’ve had plenty of time to get some rest in January and are hoping to cause some kinda ruckus with this month’s line up – featuring JAGUAR LOVE, THE DABBERS, and SPIDER FEVER! Also, ear candy provided by DJ RUBYMARS. What a way to kick off 2010’s Rumble showcases.
Of course, there will be $3 TRUMER PILS beer specials and if you’re lucky, we may even do an hour of free TRUMER sampling, so get there early. The folks at TRUMER have been great in supporting The Rumble –>ie. making sure the band’s don’t go thirsty, allowing us to keep the event free, providing a premium beer at a low price, and now FREE tastings!

ABOUT THE BANDS….
SPIDER FEVER is a project formed by Earthless drummer-Mario Rubalcaba (who will also be DJing) and he describes them as having “a ‘punk-n-roll’ feel.” They feature Rubalcaba on vocals and guitar, backed by The Heartaches’ Dean Reis and Billy Baggins and Cody Young from The Widows. We can’t wait for this set!
If you haven’t seen THE DABBERS yet, you must. They are a two piece comprised of Shelby Gubba (ex-BRAAIINS!) and Zack Wentz (Kill Me Tomorrow, Tender Buttons). They just released their debut album, And I Was Like, And They Were All…, on their own label, Rax Records. Congrats!
And lastly, JAGUAR LOVE will be joining us from Portland– formed by members of Blood Brothers and Pretty Girls Make Graves. If the rumors are true, their live set is ridiculous.
