Announcing the third installment of the monthly Rumble @ The Casbah. This round featuring Fitz & The Tantrums, Lady Dottie & The Diamonds, and The Blakes. Plus a DJ set by local music guru, Tim Pyles.
If you haven’t heard Fitz & The Tantrums, prepare yourself for some infectious soul music. See him while you can because he’s gonna be a star (downloadable teaser below). The Blakes have been praised by Pitchfork for their “swampy guitars, twitchy rhythms and power pop vocal harmonies.” And we all know Lady Dottie & The Diamonds know how to get the dance party going, so feel free to bring your tambourines or other random percussion instruments (beer bottles will due) and make some noise.
